Your phone's balanced on the kitchen bench at a weird angle. Your tablet's propped against a stack of cookbooks. You keep nudging it back every thirty seconds. This tripod folds flat when you're not using it, extends to 164cm when you are, and holds your device with rubber-padded clamps that close themselves so nothing slides off. The ball joint means you tilt, swivel, and rotate freely – no fiddly screws. Aluminium and steel construction keeps it steady at full height. Weighs 0.66kg folded. Pops into a car boot or a desk drawer in seconds
