You've got a boardroom, a training room, or a home cinema wall that's too small for a 75-inch TV but too big for a laptop screen. The projector you're looking at either throws a dim image in a lit room or needs a dedicated dark space to work.

The LG ProBeam BU53RG solves both. 5,000 ANSI lumens from a laser light source pushes a punchy 4K UHD (3840x2160) image into a room with the lights on. Short-throw lens (0.94 to 1.14 ratio) means you can sit it on a credenza or mount it close to the wall and still fill a 100-inch screen.

The laser source is rated for 20,000 hours. That's not a lamp you're swapping every 18 months. That's set-and-forget for years of daily use in a school, office, or conference room.

Lens shift horizontal ±20% and vertical ±50% with 1.2x zoom gives you real flexibility on placement. You don't have to centre the projector perfectly behind the screen.

Two HDMI inputs handle your laptop and a media player. Two USB 2.0 ports, RS-232C in and out for AV control systems, and an RJ45 port for network management. SuperSign and LG Connected Care are built in for remote fleet management if you're running multiple units across a site.

10W stereo speakers with Clear Voice III cover casual presentations. For anything serious, the 3.5mm audio out feeds your room's system.
