The ATEN CS1144D4C is a 4-port USB/DVI dual-display secure KVM switch built specifically for PSD PP v4.0 environments. It's NIAP-certified, so it meets the Protection Profile for Peripheral Sharing Device standard without you having to argue the spec with an auditor.
What it does in plain terms: isolates each connected source from every other one. Data flows one direction only. Audio is strictly filtered. Peripheral connectivity is restricted and managed. The tamper-proof design is always on — there's no "off" switch for security.
Switching is manual. Front-panel pushbuttons or a Remote Port Selector (RPS 1). No software, no network interface, no attack surface you didn't plan for. (Heads up: the RPS isn't in the box. You'll need to source that separately.)
