Your M690's support window is about to drop. When it does, you're on your own for firmware updates and vendor escalation. This 1-year Standard Support licence keeps your appliance patched, supported, and covered by WatchGuard's response team. It's a software entitlement only — the hardware SKU is WGM690000.
