This is the 1.8m ATEN KVM cable. PC side gives you HDB, USB, and Audio. Console side is a 3-in-1 SPHD connector (keyboard, mouse, video) plus a dedicated Audio jack. VGA is handled on the video end, so your monitor stays happy.

It's made for specific ATEN switches – CE750A, CE770, CE774, CE775, CE800B, CL3100, CS1732A/B, CS1734A/B, CS1754, CS1758, CE750, CE790, and CE800. If your unit's on that list, it slots in and works. No adapter hunting.
