Your M4850 is still doing the heavy lifting. What's about to lapse is the support behind it. This 3-year Gold Support renewal keeps your WatchGuard Firebox M4850 covered for priority technical assistance, firmware updates, and vendor escalation when something goes sideways at 6pm on a Friday. One licence, three years, no renewal panic next month. If your current Gold window is running out or you're stepping up from a lower tier, this is the line item that keeps your network breathing
