Your M290 is running fine today. But the day a firmware update breaks a VLAN rule at 6:15am on a Monday, you don't want to be Googling a workaround while your receptionist takes angry calls.
This is the 1-year WatchGuard Standard Support license for the Firebox M290. It's the vendor backstop: firmware updates, security patches, and access to WatchGuard's support desk when the appliance throws something you haven't seen before.
License only – it sits on top of the M290 hardware (SKU WGM290000). One year. One renewal date.
