Snom EHS Advanced (2362) Wireless Headset Adapter for VoIP Phones

Your operators are on their feet all day, but a corded headset keeps dragging them back to the desk. The Snom EHS Advanced (2362) sits between your VoIP phone and a compatible wireless headset so they answer, hang up, and hear the ring tone straight from the earpiece. No fumbling with the handset, no extra power supply to hunt for. Plug it in, pair the headset, done. Supports vendor-specific EHS protocols and the DHSG standard, so call control lives on the headset where it belongs

• Bridges VoIP phones to wireless headsets — answer and hang up from the headset itself
• Electronic hook switch conforms to DHSG standard and vendor-specific EHS protocols
• Incoming ring tone signals directly in the headset, no phone-side fumbling
• No additional power supply required — draws power from the phone port
• Complete freedom of movement for call-centre and floor-based operators
• Easy plug-in connection, no firmware reconfiguration needed
