The Fanvil X2P is built for exactly that. LED-lit Mute/Hold and Auto Answer buttons you can hit without looking. A foot-pedal port so they can answer or end a call without touching the phone at all. Web Dial for one-button calling straight from the browser with call log and phone book.
2.8-inch colour screen, 23-key layout, RJ9 and 3.5 mm headset ports, EHS wireless support, PoE so you skip the power brick. Pairs well with a Sennheiser corded headset for long shifts.
