You've got a building that needs proper door entry, but the only option is ripping out walls to run Ethernet. Or you're stuck with a clunky analogue intercom that can't do video, can't integrate with your existing SIP phone system, and makes every visitor feel like they're phoning a bank from 1994.
The Fanvil i64-2 Wire kills that problem. It runs power and data over the two wires you already have in the wall. No new cabling. No electrician for a week. Plug it into your SIP PBX or VoIP stack, and you've got HD video, hands-free audio, and card/PIN/BLE access on the front door — same day.
Unlock works five ways: swipe an RFID card, punch a PIN, tap a BLE key, enter DTMF digits, or hit unlock from your indoor station or phone app. The 2.5 W speaker and AEC mean the person at the door hears you clearly even with the wind howling outside.
Under the hood: two relay outputs for electric locks and alarm strobes, two short-circuit inputs for exit buttons and door contacts, a Wiegand port for a third-party card reader, RS-485 for BMS or access-control integration, and a 12 VDC / 0.5 A aux output to power a small peripheral off the same cable.
Built for residential strata, small commercial fit-outs, and industrial sites where rewiring isn't on the budget this quarter
