Your laptop has one port. You need to plug in a monitor, a flash drive, an SD card, and keep the battery alive at the same time. The Simplecom CHT570 does all of that from a single USB-C connection.
Two USB-A ports and one USB-C port run SuperSpeed data at 5Gbps. The HDMI 2.0 output pushes 4K at 60Hz in mirror or extended mode, so your second screen stays smooth whether you're presenting or editing. The built-in SD and microSD reader pulls photos off a camera card at the same 5Gbps speed. And the dedicated USB-C PD port feeds up to 100W back into your laptop while everything else is running.
It's 50 grams of aluminium, 13 cm long, with a 15 cm built-in cable so it sits flush against the chassis. No drivers, no software. Plug it in and go.
One thing to check before you order: your USB-C port needs DisplayPort Alternate Mode (DP Alt Mode) for video output. Thunderbolt and USB4 ports are covered. If your port is charge-only or data-only, the HDMI won't work. And if your GPU is DP1.2 rather than DP1.4, you'll get 4K at 30Hz instead of 60Hz.
