The Sophos XGS 87 handles 3850 Mbps of firewall throughput using dedicated Xstream Flow Processors. It inspects TLS 1.3, runs IPS at 1200 Mbps, and gives you SD-WAN orchestration without bolting on a second box. Four GbE copper ports plus one SFP fiber slot — plug in FTTH/FTTP or drop in the optional VDSL2 module. Zero-touch deployment straight from Sophos Central.

You get 1,600,000 concurrent connections, 500 IPsec tunnels, 500 SSL VPN tunnels, and synchronized application control across every site you manage. 16 GB eMMC storage. Fixed desktop form factor — no expansion slots, no surprises.

One thing to know up front: the XGS 87 doesn't support on-box reporting, dual AV scanning, WAF AV scanning, or the email MTA. If you need those, ask us before you order and we'll point you at the right model.
