You also get Windows Active Directory and LDAP domain privilege management, so your IT team can lock down who sees what without you chasing passwords. Real-time remote monitoring, sync playback, sequential display, fisheye dewarping, auto-snapshot alerts, and E-map event tracking are all included in the Gold tier.

A few things to know before you activate: one Gold license per NAS. If you deactivate it, you drop back to the 8 built-in channels. And you must activate Gold before stacking any extra channel-extension licenses on top.

Works best on a 64-bit x86 QNAP NAS with at least 4 GB RAM. Needs QTS 4.3.4.0483 (build 20180213) or later and Container Station 1.6.1588 or later installed first. Browser support: Chrome 52+ or Firefox 48+. Minimum display resolution 1366 × 768.
