You're prototyping a USB-C PD source and need to test the sink side without building a whole device around it. Or you want to verify your charger actually delivers what it claims.
This breakout board uses the HUSB238 PD controller chip and gives you two ways to drive it: I2C for programmatic control, or fixed-voltage mode for quick-and-simple testing. Solder it up, connect a source, and read back what's actually happening on the bus.
Bench-friendly, no fluff. Exactly what you need when the datasheet says one thing and your multimeter says another
