Your life ring's hanging on a zip tie or leaning against the wall. That's not a mount. This stainless steel strap actually holds it where you can grab it in one second when you need it.
Two No. 12 countersunk holes for a flush, clean fix to your bulkhead, wall, or deck structure. And because life rings come in different sizes, you can bend the strap further to suit yours — no second part needed.
Stainless steel means it's not rusting on you after two summers of salt spray.
