Your one-part enamel or varnish is too thick to brush out clean, or you need a proper solvent to cut brushes and tools after a job. This is the general-purpose thinner for that. A special blend of solvents that thins one-part paints and varnishes without wrecking the finish. Not for antifouling – grab Thinner No.3 for your hull work.
