This 12mm pink thread tape is Teflon film, thicker than the old white stuff that kept tearing mid-wrap. Wrap it on, tighten the fitting, done. Ten metres on the roll, so you've got enough for the whole job and the one you forgot. Pink colour means you spot it if a bit's still hanging off the thread.
