You've been through three or four Li-Ion cells in a year and the capacity keeps dropping. That's normal for standard Li-Ion — 500 to 1,000 cycles is about all you get before it feels weak.
This Jaycar 14500 LiFePO4 cell changes that math. Around 2,000 charge cycles, higher peak current delivery, and a chemically more stable chemistry that doesn't degrade the same way. You trade a bit of capacity (600mAh vs 800mAh) and a slightly lower nominal voltage (3.2V vs 3.7V), but you get a cell that lasts years longer on the shelf.
Same warning applies: this is an unprotected cell. No BMS inside. If your device or charger spec calls for a protected cell, do not use this one. Check the manual first.
