Two different gas line sizes, one joint, and no adapter in the box. This Jaycar 3/8" to 5/16" SAE reducer nut bridges that gap in a single machined brass piece. Made from solid brass merchant bar to exacting spec. Non-RTM fittings mate with it cleanly on both ends. Thread it in, tighten, and your gas run is continuous again
