You need more reach. The image is too small, the throw is too short, and you're stuck repositioning a projector that's already ceiling-mounted. The XP55ZL is Sharp's OEM motorised long zoom lens built for the XPA155UW, XPA155UB, XPA175UW, XPA175UB and XPA201UB range. Swap it in, dial in your throw distance electronically, and stop wrestling with a unit that can't quite get there. One lens change, done in minutes, no re-rigging the whole install
