Derwent Tinted Charcoal Pencil – White (TC21)

You've got a dark ground and need highlights that read as charcoal-white, not just a white pencil scratched on top. TC21 White gives you that – the same round-barrelled, expressive texture as the rest of the Derwent Tinted Charcoal range, but in a clean white tone. Lays down smoothly on toned or dark paper, blends with your other Tinted Charcoals, and erases without leaving a residue. The finishing stroke for any piece that needs lift. RRP $7.59
