Your kid's standard pencils keep snapping, rolling off the desk, and getting a death grip from little fingers. The Formative solves all three. The barrel is noticeably wider so small hands can wrap around it without white-knuckling, and the soft lead means they don't have to press hard to get a line down. Ten bright, vivid colours in one pack – enough for a whole term of art class before you need to top up. No fiddly hexagonal shapes, no breakage on the first drop. Just a pencil that fits the hand using it. Grab a pack for the pencil case and stop replacing them every fortnight
