You hit print. Two sheets grab at once. Then three. The jam clears, but it's back by lunch. That's the separation pad doing its job poorly — or not at all. This genuine Brother part sits in your feed path and does one thing: peel a single sheet off the stack so the roller gets exactly what it needs. Swap it in, run a test page, and that double-feed frustration is gone. No guessing, no third-party rubber that wears out in a month. It's the part Brother designed for your machine, and it's on our shelf ready to go
