The speakerphone is genuinely loud enough for a busy reception without shouting. The handset has a dedicated mute button, so you can kill the mic mid-sentence without fumbling through a menu. Bluetooth means your team can pair a headset and walk away from the desk when they need to.
Power it over PoE+ on your existing switch run, or USB-C if the port's already there. Either way, one cable does the job.
One thing to note: UniFi Talk Cloud is not available in Mexico, Brazil, China, Taiwan, or Nepal. If you're running on-prem PBX or a different cloud provider, that won't touch your setup.
