Your hardware RAID controller's not seeing the drives, or the HBA adapter's lost its connection, and your storage array is down. You need the cable Lenovo engineered for this slot — not a generic lead that might not seat right. This is the ThinkSystem ST650 V2 HW RAID/HBA adapter cable kit from Lenovo ISG.
