The Alloy POE200SC.20 handles it. RJ-45 copper in, SC singlemode fibre out. 10/100Base-TX auto-negotiates on the copper side. IEEE 802.3af PoE pushes power to your PD device over the UTP or STP cable.
Singlemode means longer runs than multimode. The LFP feature watches both the fibre and copper RX ports — if one drops, it shuts the TX down before you lose data on a dead link
