Your current laptop's fan sounds like a jet engine and it chokes on three browser tabs. The ThinkPad L16 Gen 3 gives you an Intel Core Ultra 7 355 with a dedicated NPU pushing 49 TOPS, so AI-assisted workflows run locally without waiting on the cloud. 32GB of DDR5-5600 in two SODIMM slots means you can push to 64GB when the project gets heavy. The 16-inch WUXGA panel at 400 nits is easy on the eyes during a long shift, and the 57Wh battery plus 65W USB-C charger keeps you going through back-to-back meetings. Two Thunderbolt 4 ports handle your dock and monitor without a dongle mess. Fingerprint reader in the power button, IR camera for Windows Hello, privacy shutter on the webcam. 3-year Premier Support means when something does go sideways, Lenovo picks it up. Ships at 1.852 kg – light enough for the commute, tough enough for the office
