Your current laptop is probably the thing slowing your team down at 2pm on a Friday. This ThinkPad L16 Gen 3 fixes that without a drama.
The AMD Ryzen AI 5 435 handles spreadsheets, video calls, and local AI workloads without breaking a sweat. The 50 TOPS NPU means Copilot+ features run on-device – no cloud round-trip, no lag. You get the speed now and the headroom for what lands next year.
The 16-inch WUXGA panel sits at 400 nits with anti-glare coating. Readable in a sun-baked office or a dim meeting room. No squinting.
Connectivity is where it stops feeling like a compromise. Two Thunderbolt 4 ports, HDMI 2.1 to 4K/60Hz, three USB-A, and a built-in Ethernet jack. Dock it, undock it, walk away with the charger in your pocket – 65W over USB-C.
Wi-Fi 7 on the MediaTek MT7925 keeps you connected when the office network gets congested. Bluetooth 5.4 handles your headset without the dropouts.
Security is baked in, not bolted on. Fingerprint reader in the power button, IR camera for Windows Hello, discrete TPM 2.0, privacy shutter on the 5MP webcam, and a Kensington Nano slot if your IT policy demands it.
Three-year Premier Support is included. That means when something does go sideways – and it will, eventually – you talk to a technician who knows the spec sheet, not a chatbot reading from a script.
Runs Windows 11 Pro. English UK or US. No bloatware bundled in
