You've got a control room, a training suite, or a retail floor and you need identical 4K content on multiple screens without running three separate HDMI cables through the ceiling. The VE814A is the full transmitter-plus-receiver kit that does exactly that. One Cat 5e/6/6a cable carries the signal up to 100m, and the receiver side splits it into two synchronous remote outputs plus one local output. 4K at 60Hz (4:2:0) or 30Hz (4:4:4), 1080p stretched to 150m in Long Reach Mode. RS-232 pass-through means your barcode scanner or touch panel on the far end still talks to the source. Ethernet pass-through keeps a remote device on the network without a second cable run.
