ATEN KH2508A 2-Console 8-Port Rackmount KVM Switch | Cat 5 Multi-Interface

Two admins. Eight servers. One's patching a box while the other's working a ticket. Waiting for the other to let go of the console? Not anymore. The KH2508A gives both of you an independent PS/2 or USB console on the same 8-port bus. Simultaneous, no hand-off. Adapter ID locks in each port's OS, language, and name so a server move is a cable swap, not a reconfig session. Video stays clean out to 50 m at 1280×1024 (KA7000-series cables). Daisy-chain 15 more units and you've got 128 machines under two consoles. Built for the small server room where two people need hands on the iron at the same time

• Two independent PS/2 or USB KVM consoles sharing 8 Cat 5 (RJ-45) ports
• Simultaneous, independent control — no console hand-off between operators
• Adapter ID stores port name, OS, and keyboard language for zero-reconfig reassignment
• Video up to 50 m at 1280×1024 (KA7000-series adapter cables)
• Daisy-chain up to 15 additional switches for 128 total computers
• Rackmount chassis for compact server-room installs
